1. Place the bristles of your toothbrush at a slight angle to your gums. Brush in small circular motions on your front teeth.

2. Place the toothbrush against the biting surface of your teeth using a gentle back and forth scrubbing motion.

3. Gently brush back and forth along the inner tooth surface using small circular movements.

4. Brush behind the front teeth making several up and down movements using the front half of the toothbrush.

5. Use about 18” of floss leaving an inch or two to work with.

6. Gently floss the curves of your front teeth. Cup the floss around your tooth in a c-shape while moving it up and down. Be sure to clean beneath the gumline.
